In the rush of product development, especially in fast moving startups or small teams, it is tempting to ship based on assumptions and intuition instead of taking time for user research. Collecting user feedback is only half the battle. The real challenge is turning insights into concrete product improvements. Too often teams run surveys, interviews, and analytics only for the findings to sit in a report that no one uses in day to day decisions.
